Owner and Executive Chef Angela Gordon has taken her
highly successful, almost 30-year-old catering business to the
next level with Angela's Bistro 51. Located on the corner of
Guillot and Boll in the Historic State-Thomas District, the
charming red-brick building has been revamped and fitted
with a set of tasteful black awnings. Inside, tract lighting
illuminates dozens of vibrant, modern paintings that hang
from the understated earth-toned walls. Stained-gloss
hardwood floors sprawl throughout providing a quaint element
that mixes seamlessly with the otherwise contemporary decor.
Elegantly prepared entrees include rack of herb crusted lamb
with demi-glaze, portobello mushroom risotto and fresh
spinach sauteed with garlic as well as the pan seared scallops
with champagne, linguine, sauteed asparagus, portobello
mushrooms and spinach. If you're planning on tying the knot

The restaurant plays host to all things wedding, private parties
and corporate functions.
